Subject	New rotors and pads brake in process??

Message	I got new brembo blanks all around (stock sized rotors) and the baer brake man pads from sz all around. I've seen some suggest easy driving for 400-500 miles while some recommend an aggressive series of decelerations from high speeds to near stops but not to stop completely.
